EasyLead Terms of Service (TOS)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EasyLead Ad Launcher (“Service”), owned and operated by EasyLead (“Company”, “we”, “our”).

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis (e.g., $97/month).

Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

Free trials may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate.

You may cancel anytime in your PayPal account under Payments > Manage Automatic Payments, or by contacting support at [email protected].

4. Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure or duplicate billing.

5. Use of Service

You agree not to:

Misuse the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service.

Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software or systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and technology provided through the Service remain the property of EasyLead. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your business purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee results from ads launched through the Service. Performance will vary depending on your budget, targeting, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
