Welcome to EasyLead! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including Facebook advertising, automated WhatsApp messaging, and lead generation solutions.

By using EasyLead’s services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services.

1. Services Provided

EasyLead offers the following services:

Facebook advertising campaigns to generate leads for your business.

Automated WhatsApp messaging systems to streamline lead communication and appointment booking.

Access to software tools and support for managing leads and appointments.

Note: EasyLead provides tools and automation; the client is responsible for managing communication and follow-ups with leads.

2. Eligibility

To use EasyLead’s services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.

Have the authority to grant access to your Facebook Business Manager and WhatsApp accounts.

3. Payment Terms

Service Fees: Fees for EasyLead services, including advertising costs, are outlined during the onboarding process.

Payment Partner: All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment partner, such as PayPal.

Automatic Billing: Fees are automatically debited from your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: Clients can cancel services at any time via their account with the payment partner. No prior notice to EasyLead is required, and services will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of EasyLead’s system, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during setup.

Grant EasyLead access to your Facebook Business Manager and WhatsApp accounts for system setup and management.

Handle lead communication, follow-ups, and appointments using the tools provided.

Monitor and manage your WhatsApp account to comply with local data protection regulations.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

WhatsApp Syncing: By connecting your WhatsApp account, you acknowledge that your chats, including historical messages, may be synchronized with our system for automation purposes. EasyLead protects all synchronized data and will not access or use your messages without consent.

Facebook Access: When you grant us access to your Facebook Business Manager, we will only use this access for the management of advertising campaigns.

Data Security: EasyLead takes reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. For more details, refer to our [Privacy Policy].

6. Termination of Services

Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel services at any time directly through the payment partner. Once canceled, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Termination by EasyLead:

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payments are not received.

There is a breach of these Terms.

We determine that the client is not a good fit for our services.

Upon termination, access to EasyLead’s systems and tools will be revoked.

7. Limitation of Liability

EasyLead is not liable for:

Any business losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, or reputation.

Performance issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

External factors affecting the success of ad campaigns, such as market changes, Facebook algorithm updates, or competition.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EasyLead harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to:

Misuse of leads or data.

Non-compliance with local advertising or privacy regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and materials provided by EasyLead are the intellectual property of EasyLead. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.

10. Modifications to Terms

EasyLead reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg.
